My master’s degree in Gastronomy came from BU’s Metropolitan College and I’m grateful for this unique liberal arts program every day. It led me to my position as Trendologist at the Center for Culinary Development in 2006 where I began a career applying my culinary and food culture knowledge to trend translating for new product development.
